I am all pro optimizing the Sourcing Plan getting the best lead time and quality at a competitive cost but that is not the only way we can make sure our brand will stay on top of mind of our consumers and ultimately building and maintaining the title of "Successful".

Achieving the best output for the sourcing plan is crucial but it will make a bigger impact on both: consumer mind and company revenues; when it is paired with the best design praxis.
